![]() The reptilian species has gone on to enjoy quite a bit of popularity amongst Star Trek fans, and Spore players clearly plan on expanding that degree of fame with creations like this one. So the first time the Gorn showed up (Star Trek's "Arena" episode), they didn't exactly look convincing. We'll see how beings from fluidic space fare against all the other crazy creatures the Spore community has come up with so far once the game launches. This generically named race of three-legged aliens are all-around badasses, with all kinds of natural resistances, biological star ships, and plenty of ways to rip apart their enemies. It does look fearsome, right? Anyway, we just felt like this kind of virtual representation of Star Trek's cheesy ape-like creatures with a nasty bit deserved some kind of recognition, and here it is.Īnything that can serve as worthy competition to the Borg commands respect. Its layer of white fur doesn't come across very well in this Spore creation, but it still looks fearsome. But what a head! It's got the characteristic antennae, blue skin, and white hair we all know, and that's pretty good for the ninth entry on this list. It's basically just a head with legs, actually. The first thing you'll notice about this attempt at an Andorian is the figure seems to be missing most of the body. What's up with that? Looks sort of like a hula dancer. The first entry on our list may not be the greatest Star Trek-related creation, but it's still a decent effort at recreating the fiction's most economically conscious race. ![]()
